Early in my career I became curious about programming languages. I would spend my afternoons after work researching languages and started to focus on three main languages: Java, C#, and Python. I especially enjoyed learning more about Python, and soon enough I started with manipulating CSV files and connecting to different databases that led to me creating a small EXE application. After this, my passion for programming grew even more.
I started looking at places where I could study to enter the work of programming and development. With this I came across CTI Education group that provided the course where my main focus was Java. I used my spare time to develop a Java application to make my work more efficient [as well as learning the language for my studies] and moved away from the Excel sheets I was using then. This reduced my time to generate quotes for customers from 15 minutes to 1 minute. Improving customer satisfaction by reducing customer waiting time.
From there my career as a Developer started to form. I started off as a Junior Developer, where I built myself up and focused on improving my skills as a Developer. To build my skills and make myself more knowledgeable, I built small projects to help me understand concepts and principles of software engineering. I watched and attended online sessions/courses about technology I was interested in. I also made bigger projects that included all that I have learned to make a more wholesome solution. When I did not understand something, I read more about it, and researched what experts were saying about the topics.
My skills and knowledge grew, now I can code in multiple languages, work in multiple domains, and have worked on a few large projects. One of which is where I worked with various teams to build apps from the ground up, with the latest app which is actively used by approximately 15 000 users daily.
Other than developing my passions include building and creating solutions, improving myself and learning more about the tech world, spending time with my friends and family, and spending time in nature (especially hiking). I enjoy being around wildlife and working with like minded teams and people who enjoy development and continuous learning and growth.
